We have a working arrangement with the Sports Center to allow you to have access to their facility while under care in our office. Please note that the Sports Center has elected to waive your initiation fee and charge you the monthly fee. This will enable you to have access to top-notch exercise equipment that will assist in your rehabilitation.

Concerned with our patients's rehabilitation, Gold's gym invites you to take advantage of their exercise equipment and helpful trainers. Regular rates are $99 down/$39.99 per month. With this referral offer you will receive $30 off enrollment ($69 down) which includes the first month and $10 off monthly dues ($29.99) per month. The will offer a "30 day money back guarantee" to everyone with the stipulation that they use their gym 10 times within that time period.
